We sit on Highway 19 at KM 68, in through Playa de Sueños. Reception can arrange an airport transfer or a rental car.

How far is the hotel from Los Cabos airport?
About one hour by car from San José del Cabo airport (SJD), straight up Highway 19. Todos Santos is twelve minutes north of us, Cabo San Lucas about an hour south, and La Paz an hour and a half. Reception can arrange a car or a transfer.
Is the hotel directly on the beach?
Yes. The Cerritos Beach Inn sits on the sand at Playa Los Cerritos with direct beach access and a private stretch of beach for guests. The pool and rooftop deck both look straight out over the water.
Can you swim and surf at Cerritos Beach?
Both — which is unusual on this coast. Cerritos is one of the few Baja beaches with genuinely swimmable water and a consistent, beginner-friendly surf break. The busier surf section is a short walk up the sand from us, so the stretch in front of the hotel stays quiet.
Do you allow pets?
We do. The Cerritos Beach Inn is pet friendly, and dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the property. Let us know when you book so we can put you in the right room.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Reception is staffed from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm — if you are arriving outside those hours, call ahead and we will arrange it.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes — every room has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The oceanfront rooms also catch the sea breeze through the sliding doors, so most of the year you may not need the air conditioning at all.
Is the restaurant open to people who are not staying at the hotel?
Yes. The Sunset Restaurant & Bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on the beachfront patio and is open to visitors as well as guests. Walk-ins are welcome; for a sunset table we recommend calling ahead.
How many rooms does the hotel have?
Ten, across five room types — oceanfront kings with balconies, oceanfront doubles, and quieter mountain-view rooms. It is a small property on purpose.
